Tips: 1. Make sure you are not connected to BT, as all audio will be routed through the accessory. 2. If you are using a ringtone that you installed yourself, try changing to the default ringtone that came with your phone. 3. Make a test call through the speaker phone to see if the sound is equally low there. Check for anything that might be covering the microphones 1. Ensure that the microphones or speaker on the device are not covered. 2. Ensure the protective film that ships with the device has been removed. 3. If you are using a case, cover or screen protector on the device, we recommend removing and trying without it.
Please ensure the volume is at its highest by using the volume buttons (during the call). Try removing and reinserting your battery.
Call quality may vary in buildings of variations in their construction and architecture. Try moving closer to a window or an area with a clear view of the sky.
